I Can See Voice Captions but Hear No Assistant Audio
Check the Sound control when realtime Voice is working but assistant replies are silent.

AXB realtime Voice can stay active even when assistant audio output is turned off.
Check Sound
Assistant output sound defaults to Off for practical shop use.
If you can see captions or responses on screen but do not hear the assistant:
- Find the Sound control in Voice.
- Turn Sound on.
- If your browser previously blocked audio playback, interact with the page and try again.
Sound and Mute are separate
- Sound controls whether you hear the assistant.
- Mute mic controls whether your microphone sends audio.
- Pause voice disconnects the realtime Voice session.
Turning Sound off does not mute your microphone, and muting your microphone does not turn off assistant audio.
