Service
Repair intake, work orders, and status across the whole shop, carried forward from AXB:Bench.
AXB:Shop, Workshop Intelligence, by AXB Tech In Development
The business around the bench.
AXB:Shop is the edition in development for repair shops and music retailers: the service, customers, and day-to-day operations that surround the workbench.
Where AXB:Shop is headed
Service · POS · Inventory · Customers
This is the planned direction for AXB:Shop. None of it is released yet, and the details will change as it takes shape.

POS
Checkout designed for repair work and retail sales side by side.
In development
Inventory
Parts, strings, and retail stock connected to the work that uses them.
In development
Customers
One customer record across service, sales, and communication.
One foundation
Built on what AXB:Bench
already knows.
AXB:Shop builds around the same instruments, customers, and service history at the heart of AXB:Bench, so the bench and the front counter work from the same story.
Each instrument keeps its permanent AXB history wherever the work happens.
