Does the Assistant Change Shop Records Automatically?

For Shop Assistant and Intake, supported record changes use a review-and-confirm workflow.

Typing or speaking a request does not automatically commit the change.

AXB prepares a review card, and a staff member confirms the action on screen before the business record is changed.

This applies to supported actions such as creating certain records or updating allowed work-order fields.

Bench Assistant can save repair-session information when the technician clearly asks it to record that information, because it is already operating inside the active repair session.

AXB still keeps those actions scoped to the current repair and session.
