No.

Ending a Bench Session only ends that period of hands-on work.

The work order remains open until staff change its status as part of the normal repair workflow.

You can end a session today and start another Bench Session later on the same work order.

Likewise, completing Final Inspection does not automatically close the work order or change its status.
