Realtime Voice is a live conversation with the assistant.
Use it when you want hands-free back-and-forth while working.
Dictation only converts your speech into editable text in the Chat box.
With Dictation:
- Speak.
- Review or edit the text.
- Press Send when you are ready.
Dictation does not start a live assistant conversation and does not automatically send what it hears.
