My Profile and Shop Settings
Update your personal display information and manage shop-level settings when your role allows it.

AXB separates your personal profile from the shop's settings.
My Profile
Your profile belongs to your AXB Tech account, not to one individual shop.
Profile information can include:
- First name
- Last name
- Optional username
The username is a display handle only.
You still sign in with your email address. A username is not a login credential.
If you belong to several shops, the same profile follows your account across them.
Shop Settings
Owners and Admins can open Shop Settings.
Current settings areas include:
General
Shop information such as:
- Shop name
- Time zone
- Contact email
- Phone
- Website
- Address
Staff
Invite users, add existing AXB accounts, and manage supported member roles and access.
Features
View or control supported optional shop features when your shop has access to them.
AXB Credits
Authorized shop managers can see the shop's current AXB credit allowance and remaining balance.
Internal provider billing details and raw system-cost diagnostics are not shown in normal shop settings.
