Invite Staff or Add an Existing AXB User

Shop owners and authorized admins can manage staff from Shop Settings → Staff.

There are two onboarding paths.

Invite a new user

Use an invitation when the person does not already have an AXB Tech account.

1. Open Shop Settings.
2. Open the Staff tab.
3. Create an invitation for the person's email address and role.
4. Copy the invitation link.
5. Send the link to the recipient.

The recipient opens the link and signs in or creates an account using the invited email address.

Invitations expire and can be replaced with a new link when needed.

Add an existing AXB user

If the person already has an AXB Tech account with a confirmed email address, use Add existing user.

Enter the email address and choose the allowed role.

If the account is found, AXB can add or reactivate the membership without creating another user account.

If the account is not found, use the invitation flow instead.

One account can belong to several shops

A person does not need a separate AXB login for every shop.

The same AXB Tech account can be a member of multiple shops. Each membership remains separate, and the user can switch between shops they are allowed to access.
