Add Photos and Files to a Repair
Attach repair photos and files to the work order, Bench Session, or Intake while keeping them connected to the correct job.

Photos and files can become part of the repair record instead of living separately on a phone or computer.
Work Order files
Use the work order's Files area for files that belong to the repair as a whole.
Examples include:
- Intake photos
- Damage documentation
- Wiring diagrams
- Customer-supplied reference files
- Final repair photos
Bench Session files
During a Bench Session, attach photos or files that relate to that period of work.
This is useful for documenting:
- Internal condition after disassembly
- Fret or nut work in progress
- Wiring before and after repair
- Measurement references
- Parts or component condition
The file remains connected to the session history.
Intake files
Intake can accept photos or files before the work order is created.
When the Intake creates the repair records, those files can carry forward to the resulting repair instead of needing to be uploaded again.
Customer visibility
Files are internal unless they are deliberately made customer-visible through the repair's customer-facing controls.
Do not assume that uploading a file automatically exposes it to the customer.
