Work Order Overhaul & Session Timing
Release covers: BenchA major work-order release reorganized day-to-day repair operations, added official session timing, and shipped several workflow and platform foundations.
Added
- Smart Summary surfaces useful saved work-order, session, status, and portal context without making an AI call when the page loads.
- Work-order status transitions now retain durable history and can carry session/segment context into repair history and session summaries.
- Official session time tracking adds Active, Break, and Elapsed totals, historical timing, a hideable live timer, and a conservative 12-hour open-session warning.
- Transactional email backend foundation adds tenant-safe delivery records, suppression/opt-out safeguards, templates, and signed delivery-event handling; customer/team send controls remain intentionally disabled for now.
Improved
- The work-order page now uses a Sessions-first operational layout with a collapsible Order Overview / Repair Summary, compact Scope of Work, and improved Client Portal placement.
- Status editing is separated from the read-only overview—draft changes live in Edit, while an open session keeps immediate operational status access.
- Bench Assistant model and reasoning controls can be managed independently from Shop Assistant behavior while preserving realtime Spoken Voice as a separate layer.
- The Dashboard remembers each signed-in user’s selected main filter, and the desktop AXB sidebar icon now toggles the same collapsed rail state as the existing control.
- Refined the dark interface with a clearer #707070 default border treatment.
Fixed
- Removed duplicate Start / Resume actions from the work-order workflow; Session Open is informational while the active session surface owns the controls.
